The custom home process begins...

...with an information gathering session. We use this session to better understand you and your family's lifestyle wants and needs.  Who will be occupying the home? Do you like to entertain? Do you need an area for any particular hobbies or and abundance of storage space? What style of home are you looking for? I've had clients bring photos of homes they find on Pinterest and I've also had clients draw out their own visions on paper for me. However you choose, together we can take a small idea and turn it into a big reality.

In our next session...

...we will walk the property together to make sure we understand the site orientation, lot restrictions, topography, and what your desired views will be. Our design process takes into account many factors and we are well-versed in universal design and building science techniques.

We are very flexible in the services we provide and we offer several optional services after the plans are complete to further assist you during the construction process.
